  (1)SERVPRO surely is a professional team work contractor.
  (2)Management staff daily follow up with me to make sure I know their work plan and progress.
  (3)Even in this pandemic supply chain problem period, SERVPRO were still trying their very best to meet the completion date.
  (4)They give professional advice while also trying best to accommodate my requirements.
  (5)I am a senior, SERVPRO is willing to do extra little free work to assist the safety of my living environment.
  (6)To conclude my opinions about SERVPRO; they are professional, client friendly, considerate with a kind heart.

  The project manager Steven and his assistant Manuel were very polite and punctual. They did what they said and at the time they said it would get done. Punctuality and good quality work are very important, and they delivered on both! Thanks Steven and Manuel, I appreciate you guys!

  I wish there were more than 5 starts to give Servpro. I had such a great, easy, smooth experience with them. I had water damage from a leak in my kitchen. Within an hour of contacting them, there were technicians at my door. They were very thorough in explaining what they were doing and what would happen in the days to come. Everyone I spoke to (technicians and those in the office) always made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend Servpro.

  Thank you Servpro for your quick response time to sanitize our office and help us maintain a safe work environment. Everything from dispatch , to being on time and getting the job done was on point.
  If anyone has been exposed or is unsure about their work place I highly recommend Walnut location .
  I gave them a 5 star because they don't have anything higher.
  Keep up the great service for our community.

  My wife and I hired Servpro to restore smoke damage done to our home. We were VERY impressed by them. Their technicians arrived as scheduled, explained to us the process of what they will provide, and made sure we were satisfied with their work. If I could give 6/5 stars I would!

  Tracy Spiegel was my therapist for a shoulder accident. I had surgery and she helped me get back to where I should be in using my shoulder again. She not only helped me as my therapist but helped me get through it as a terrific person that she is. So anyone who needs therapy ask for Tracy!!!
