I recently had a Strategy Session/Consultation with Joe Onesta. It was very successful, and Joseph is quite friendly, professional, and a good listener. I am looking forward to seeing him for a more in depth session.

I had developed an extreme fear of flying over the years. It had got to the point where I would board a plane, only to get up and leave because I was terrified. I had two extremely helpful sessions with Joe. And today, I flew from Pittsburgh to Florida for work. Thanks, Joe.

I have been reading Joseph's books and I recently took a class with him. He really knows his stuff as he has walked his talk. I don't think I could have found a nicer and more caring person with whom to spend my time. If I could have given him 100 stars I would enthusiastically have done so.

My hypnotherapy sessions with Joseph far exceeded my expectations. Joseph was personable, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and focused on tailoring each session to me as an individual. I felt both comfortable and relaxed in each of my sessions. Through my weekly work sessions (4) with Joseph and his daily supportive text messages, I was able to kick a 30-year smoking habit after only a few sessions. I have now been a non-smoker for nearly three weeks and I am very glad that I signed on to work with Joseph. Working with him was a phenomenal experience and one I would highly recommend to anyone contemplating hypnotherapy!
