The owner took the time to show me how he has been solving the same problem at his business. He explained what has worked in the past and what did not. It was so nice of him to take the time, for I didn't end up purchasing a thing. He genuinely wanted to help and educated me as best he could. So few businesses do that anymore. Thank you!!
