Switched to Advacare from another provider and couldn't be happier. I've only had a few interactions so far but Advacare is leaps and bounds ahead of my old provider.

I switched to Advacare and am so glad I did. The service is first class and all of my dealings with the staff have been amazing. I highly recommend Advacare.

This review was initially a 1/5 star review. I was very frustrated with the quality of the masks deteriorating over the years and the difficulty in changing equipment due to a lack of information being provided. Shortly after posting that message the owner and operation manager both called me and asked my advice on things they could do to better my experience. Although I feel they may have some growing to do as a company, I feel their drive and sincerity towards the care of their customer is unquestionable. Kelly, the therapist on my account, has always been an absolute pleasure. Where I feel they may not be the best business men and women, they are very good at being therapists, medical professionals, and suppliers. I asked them to be more open with model information, model availability, and some form of system where we can quickly change equipment or get information on when our equipment will be available WITHOUT having to make and appointment. I am looking forward to seeing what they do as a company in the future and am very impressed they took the time to call me. As you can see this review is now a 4/5: much better but still a little space for improvement ;)
