I've been trying to find the source of a water leak in my home for roughly a year, and each contractor I find gives me a different (and expensive!) opinion on what they think the issue is. I expanded my search from within the city to surrounding areas to get a better pool of potential contractors and stumbled upon Meredith. Given their good reviews, I decided to give them a call.

They sent someone to my home promptly to try to figure out the issue, and their specialist was the first person to actually, physically take a look at what we thought might've been causing the issue as part of his inspection. He was friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. While the issue he found with our home is something that Meredith can't assist us with, he was still thorough with his explanation of the issue and how he'd recommend we go about finding someone to fix it. Before he left, he also sent us the full gallery of photos he took on his drone so that we could better explain the issue to the next contractor we hire.

If in the future we need any roofing repairs or other work, I would not hesitate to call Meredith and use their services. I was so impressed with the care and assistance we got today despite not being able to use them for our project and I can tell that their work would be top quality.

Meridith Home Improvements replaced my roof and did and excellent job. They sent a crew of 5-6 professionals and completed the job in only two days. Because of closely spaced houses on our street, we were concerned about roofing debris disturbing our neighbors. The crew did a great job of keeping everything neat and tidy during the process and even cleaned up after the first day. When they completed the job we could not find any debris and were delighted with the finished product. We would highly recommend this company.

Great work, the roof was done in one day. Reliable. efficient, and reasonably priced for what you get in in terms of warranty.
They have an excellent representative named Zack who was fantastic to work with. He did our bid, communicated delays, and handled a follow-up issue. He was the face of the business for us and I can see why.
