Every once in awhile we'll go back for a free service on the bikes. We recently got new tires and tubes, but there was a price discrepancy. After talking with the attendant I realized that some of the communication problem was on my part. Regardless he knocked the price down some and went above and beyond. That is the type of customer service that makes me want to go back. -

(April 30, 2022, 1:03 pm)I took my bike in to get tires, 4/30/22. They had them on in under 2 hours. The price was exactly what they told me. The service writer, i believe named Logan was super polite, and knowledgeable. The girl i didn't see her name tag, had the tires i needed, knew her stuff and was funny. The mechanic let me know that he did a look over on my bike and didn't see anything to be concerned about, as well as adjusted my rear brakes. All and all, they had great attitudes, didn't make me feel like a burden and while the price of the tires was more than other places, with their free installation it ended up being over $100 cheaper than other places i checked. I'll be returning when i go to buy a new bike.

While other shops in the area have no bikes in store, Gatto's had 2 options for me within minutes of my walking into the shop. The crew, including the manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable, insightful and VERY PATIENT with me. Did not expect to take a test ride on both, and was encouraged to take as much time as I needed. I walked out with my new bike feeling very excited about the coming Spring and my cycling. MUST GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO RYAN!!! My salesman was so kind and encouraging. Never felt pushed, pressured or upsold. This was truly a 5 star experience!!!
