“Gary Pitschman is a great gentleman and the owner of Pitschman Tire on the same property as his mulch business. He is upfront about his prices. They are a bit higher than nearby competitors, however, the quality of Gary’s mulch is superb. We’ve purchased four to seven yards of mulch from him three times over the last six years. Each time the mulch lasts about two years, and we get the double-shredded brown mulch which breaks down faster than single-shredded but looks and lays better in my opinion. Every time Gary drops off the mulch at our driveway, he stays and chats for a while about everything from politics to literature to local happenings. He’s an informed and well-connected individual and a pleasure to do business with.”

He told me to come back in 1000 miles and they could keep an eye on why the oil was running low to see if it’s a consumption problem, etc. and gave anticipatory guidance on what that would involve if it’s the issue down the road.
