“Nice clean hotel for the price, had a weird smell that I couldn’t figure out what it was, friendly staff. I was only here for three nights, and only stayed in the room long enough to sleep. Breakfast looked okay, I’m not really a hotel breakfast person since Covid started. I can’t say enough about the friendly staff. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but that’s only because of the proximity that it was to my destination. I thought it was a closer drive, but it had nothing to do with the staff. Keith, I’m pretty sure lives at the hotel, because no matter what time of the day or night I went through the lobby he seemed to be there. Great guy. The only weird thing that happened to me, was on my last night there at 112am, my covers were pulled completely off of me, and I was the only one in the room.”

“I was in on June 9th, 2022 and was waited on by a lovely woman named Carissa. I was unsure on what to order and she gave great recommendations on what sandwich to order. She suggested the chicken and bacon ranch, which was amazing. I never buy chips or a drink either but she was able to sell me on those too. If she’s not manager yet she needs to be. Stellar service!”

Atmosphere is usual of this style of fast food. Usually have functioning stalls and they also have a drive thru. I marked it down because I don't usually stay to eat but no fault of the establishment.”

“Moved to Arizona in June stayed here for almost 3 months I hated that I couldn't find a house sooner but enjoyed staying here the staff was amazing (except a couple of the newer worker that came right before I left but I think they didn't understand that people should be talked to and treated like humans and not whatever they thought we should be treated like) the manager Carolyn is wonderful she helped us above and beyond. No bugs in the rooms maintenance and house keeping always came the same day of request. The only bad thing was some of the customers that lived there but if you stay to yourself it's not a problem 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽”

“I lost my brother to suicide 10 years ago in 2011 and was still seriously struggling with grief in 2013. My primary dr suggested I reach out to Rebecca at H3 for some therapy as it was clearly needed. I will never forget the first call I had with Rebecca - I was in tears and she immediately scheduled me for an appointment. To say this changed my life would be an understatement. Rebecca provided me with a safe place to unload, and gave me so many tools to deal with my grief, anxiety and depression. I moved away from st Clair shores in 2017. I tried to find a therapist in my new city but never had the connection I had with Rebecca. Fast forward to 2020 and covid and virtual appointments- I was able to connect with Rebecca and have regular appointments again. It was my little glimmer of hope when everything around us was going crazy. I honestly could go on and on about how great this place is; the people, the compassion, and the knowledge to help people get through some of the worst times. Even if you're not struggling with grief or other issues, life is tough sometimes! It's so wonderful to have someone to talk to and I will always recommend the team at H3 to everyone I know.”
