I told him that she doesn’t like the car and cries every time we put her in and it was hard to make it in. He asked to check out her little back (she was 4 months old). He had me hold her upright and used his thumbs to feel along her back. It was just a light little squeeze. When I put her back in the car seat, she fell right asleep and slept the whole way home. She hasn’t cried in the car since! I will definitely be bringing her back in to get adjusted. A happy baby = a happy mama!”

“This is usually my one stop bike shop. However I will warn you this is more of an upper end bike shop. They sell all kinds of bikes of all levels but I think they definitely prefer to deal in the higher end bikes. They know their stuff as most of them race bikes themselves and are clearly passionate about their craft. I recently bought a $600 bike from them and when they were at their previous location bought a $500 bike. The whole time their service department has been impeccable. Another thing that helps is, for the years I've been going there, the staff has almost completely stayed the same. I did go there recently though, looking for a replacement carbon fiber kickstand, they didn't have the one I needed, instead he offered me a much bulkier and heavier stand, and them scoffed at me when I asked if he had anything lighter. I had to drive to the Squirrel Hill location where they had exactly what I wanted. This was the only bad experience I've had there though, otherwise they've been EXCELLENT.”
