The local person we were working with told us to go by Rea's for a good breakfast before we make the journey home. The food tastes like it came out of my wife's or my mother's kitchen. “Recently had a lunch catered by Apple Harvest. BLOWN AWAY! Had an amazing rare Roast beef sandwich. The Italian bread was unbelievably fresh, and the horseradish sauce was a perfect pair. For sides there was a tasty bow tie pasta with feta, spinach and pine nuts (I think)...Fantastic. The creamy coleslaw was top notch and the chocolate chip cookie was baked to perfection. Who knew this gem was right here in the neighborhood. “I grew up in Upper St. Clair near Ardolino's and it was always my favorite pizza as a kid. I recently took my 18 month old son to hike some of the trails in Boyce Mayview Park right behind the restaurant, and we got pizza afterwards (his favorite). It was just as delicious as I remembered it, the place was clean, nice menu with plenty of other options, and food came out right on time. We ate outside and left happy and full. A great memory made with my little guy!”

“While I don't often eat fried food, I found this restaurant while exploring Clariton. It's a little hard to spot. The menu looked interesting so I gave it a try. I ordered the shrimp dinner, but wish that I had noticed that only some dinners come with coleslaw. The shrimp were delicious, however. Be sure to order ahead, as the restaurant is popular, and does not really cater to walk-ins, as their menu is only available online. I will definitely be back.”

My standard practice upon trying a new restaurant is to order either spaghetti or roast beef detest the quality of their food. I got the hot roast beef sandwich and french fries and it was excellent! Offered to give me another roll for free on the next visit, which I will definitely try. So, for now the review is about the pizzas. They were really good! Toppings were quite abundant. The mushrooms were cooked through thoroughly and the cheese was perfectly melted. There were still crispy edges on the pie as well. Plus, the crust and dough were very tasty and not too thick for a thin crust. I’d recommend the pizzas and will come back to retry the calzone/roll.”
