“Pete was awesome at Tiffany’s. My father recently passed away and I had two cars that needed towed. A stick shift Miata (which I cannot drive) and a non running 1980 Porsche. When Pete arrived he was helpful from the beginning. We had to move the Miata in order to access the Porsche, so he jump started and moved the Miata for me. Once we had the cars towed, Pete again drove the Miata into the garage for us and helped push the Porsche around with 4 flat tires. This was beyond outstanding service. He was also very friendly, high recommend his business! Thanks again Pete for towing my dads cars!”

“Well, later they offered to install wiring free of labor charge. That's great on their part to understand and try to compensate for the issue. I came here for hitch wiring with a prior appointment. The technician didn't give an ETA and I just wanted for 3 hours for him to get to it. Then he came up and said he can't get to it because he can't finish his current job. I asked for a refund and headed out. Will make sure to never come back here.”

“This is usually my one stop bike shop. However I will warn you this is more of an upper end bike shop. They sell all kinds of bikes of all levels but I think they definitely prefer to deal in the higher end bikes. They know their stuff as most of them race bikes themselves and are clearly passionate about their craft. I recently bought a $600 bike from them and when they were at their previous location bought a $500 bike. The whole time their service department has been impeccable. Another thing that helps is, for the years I've been going there, the staff has almost completely stayed the same. I did go there recently though, looking for a replacement carbon fiber kickstand, they didn't have the one I needed, instead he offered me a much bulkier and heavier stand, and them scoffed at me when I asked if he had anything lighter. I had to drive to the Squirrel Hill location where they had exactly what I wanted. This was the only bad experience I've had there though, otherwise they've been EXCELLENT.”

Maryann answered the phone and was truly amazing. She was caring, compassionate and made me feel so important. She was so patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I went in the next day and was greeted by Maryann and Megan who welcomed me with the same care and compassion that I received on the phone the previous day. Megan was so gracious and took me around the property and to the unit in which I wished to rent. The property and the unit she showed me were so well kept and clean. We went back to the office where Megan then took the time to explain all of the information in which I needed to know. After I signed up with them, they extended their care, compassion and any help in which I needed at any time.
