“I really like this Kirkland's. They have a lot of great inventory, and they seem to always have deals. The staff is pleasant and I feel like I often find something I'm looking for and I don't feel like they overcharge for their products. The location is great and I love how large the store is. My one reason for docking a star is because the products are laid out all over the store (such as not all mugs being together, seasonal decor placed throughout the store, candles and wax melts are in different areas, etc). I think they could definitely lay the store out a little differently, but otherwise it is a minor issue. I highly recommend stopping here.”

I went with my friend to shop for sarees for her wedding in India and he took measurements, offered guidance, and altered the material very quickly and efficiently. I have not had a better experience at a clothing shop. The saree and other clothing I bought are simply stunning and I cannot wait to celebrate with my friend while wearing his designs. I had to travel back home and the owner was able to accommodate my order and ship the next day. When I received my package, he even included gifted earrings and a necklace and wrote a note to enjoy my trip. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be back! Called a lot and got no response but when I went in the manager explained how they’ve been short staffed and it’s difficult to be able to manage everything but once they explained everything I can tell their doing their best to provide quality service and be as helpful as possible. Very helpful guy and knowledgable. With such short staffing the wait can sometimes take awhile but it’s followed by the peace of mind that things are going to be done right. And reassurance that once the shop is fully staffed again the regular business hours will return! A little understanding goes a long way! “I took an unassembled pine bookcase end table I bought off the internet to Dip 'n Strip to be stripped. I thought wood wax was used on the pieces based on the online description. I wanted it stripped so I could stain. The gentleman was very nice and honest. He checked the pieces and told me they did not have wax or finish, just sanded very smooth. He sanded a little piece and test stained the bottom for me to verify for sure. He didn't charge me anything. He could have taken the pieces and told me to come back next week and charged me but he was honest. I'll come back for sure when I have any furniture to refinish.”
