“I have genuinely enioyed my stay during my three years renting a unit in The Bristol complex from Maple Realty, which seems to share this page. Anyone who loudly complains about their services has either a chip on their shoulder or a poor understanding of how apartment rentals work. The property manager is a kind and understanding gentleman whom I have seen to genuinely have his tenants' best interests at heart. Realty is a business, businesses need to make a profit, and housing is not free. Every issue I brought to them was addressed in a timely manner. My privacy was never compromised by surprise visits. I was always treated with respect. The property manager is an upstanding businessman which is sadly a rarity these days. Should I find myself needing another apartment in the Pittsburgh area, I will check Maple Realty's availability before looking anywhere else. You would be hard-pressed to find a better value for the price, and the management is a cut above the rest.”
