This gym has workout classes you can take like yoga, strength training, and kickboxing. I absolutely love the Muscle Mix class taught by Sandy, who is an excellent instructor and keeps me coming back. The price for membership is very budget-friendly and affordable. I called here and was able to make an appointment for just a few weeks away. Filled out all of the paperwork in a few minutes, took my xray, had my tooth pulled, and was out the door all in 40 minutes! Really glad I decided to come here.
