  I have been doing the remote strength training program from home for 3 months. This program is perfect for me!
  
  1-It’s personalized-Rick’s initial assessment showed him my physical ability and he knew where to start my program and change it appropriately for me as my ability improves.
  2-They provide all the equipment you need and I can work out anytime and anywhere (I have a crazy work schedule)
  3-I am definitely stronger and my flexibility has greatly improved!

  Daman’s is the best!!! As a mom of two little boys with a hectic schedule, I am participating in the remote training program. Its perfect to get a fantastic workout in at home with all of the proper equipment. I have gained so much strength and extra energy! They check in with you to make any adjustments and see how you are doing with the workouts. They treat you like family! I also attend in person classes when my schedule permits! Hands down the best gym!!!

  I overheard some casual chatter at Daman's one day - maybe four or five years ago - that a good Coach can be one of the top 5 most influential people in your life. That kind of thing isn't believable until you find yourself 2000 miles away in some gym somewhere, Coach Rick echoing in your mind... "Squeeze those abs". "Pack your shoulder". "Hinge at the hips". And the lessons and techniques and motivation and energy he shares help make a better version of yourself. To me, that is Daman's Strength Training: Unique and inspired coaches lead by Rick and Shawn and Deena helping me become a better version of myself so that I can go home, play with my dog, backpack in the West Texas mountains, have a push up contest with my nephew (he had to cheat to win, BTW :) ), and live the life I want to live into my 50's and 60's and onward. You guys are the best.

  Our family loves Daman’s Strength Training! Very knowledgeable staff and expert instruction for any level of fitness. Recently started the Remote Training Program and it’s exactly what I needed, workouts change weekly and are tailored to my goals and needs. I can’t say enough good things about Rick, Dena, and their staff! Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape or up their game.

  The remote training program has been great for me. I have the ability to get my workout in from home when it fits in my crazy schedule. The workouts are challenging and the variety each week keeps me from getting bored. The how to videos make it super simple to follow and the check ins are just what I needed to help keep me honest. I love feeling stronger and looking forward to my workouts each week is a huge win for me! I would recommend checking out Daman’s Strength Training 100%! Thanks Rick!!
