  I highly recommend this place as far as honesty and customer service goes. This is going to sound like an odd review but I was unable to get a car through Beaver Valley (due to no fault of theirs, it was my own issue) but they still helped guide me in the right direction and I was able to get into another car (with a BHPH lot) for now until I can get my credit a little higher. I was assisted by Jason and he was really patient, understanding and kind. Even though he knew he was not going to be making a sale he still took the time to explain my other options!

  We went to the dealership on Monday June 1st, 2020. I had been browsing their inventory that day and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I liked, and wanted to test drive. I called later that day, and was able to set up an appointment for that day after work when my spouse would be available to go with me. They gave me no problems about the time, and were very willing and eager to stay after to help us out. Elio and Mike were super friendly and laid back. Mike was a joy to work with. He made us feel relaxed, and made the entire buying process stress free and easy. He wasn't pushy, and took interest in what we needed, and wanted. He introduced himself properly, and asked our names. Did not rush us with our test drive, and was super considerate and willing to figure out different payment options for us. Not only was the staff quality amazing, but the vehicle quality was too. The vehicle was clean, detailed, with no rust, bumps, scratches, dings or dust. You could tell the vehicle was well serviced and taken care of. Between the quality of both the people and the product the vehicle practically sold itself. We were able to take it home that day. We have only had it a few days so I can't speak for the longevity but so far we are pleased. This was a great car buying experience from the second we walked up, down to the moment we were signing the papers and walking out. Everything was quick, efficient, and pleasant. They also offer a good warranty. I highly recommend this dealership! And for the negative ratings that have to do with the price being a little high, in my opinion for the experience I got, I'd be willing to pay a little more. Beautiful and personable experience all the way around.

  The sales staff were friendly, informative, and not at all pushy. I felt like they really listened and helped me make an informed decision. The finance team was were very informative and kind. All around great experience. I definitely recommend.
