Recently had a new basement door and a couple of windows replaced due to old age and cat damage. We had security devices on the doors. The security items were transferred and made operational immediately. All was done efficiently and with great care. My house was also well respected as the work was done, and on completion, all extraneous materials were removed. It was a very pleasant experience working with Richard Felser's Installer. Scott, can't thank you enough. You go above and beyond. Your craftsmanship and expertise is most obvious. This is probably our fourth or fifth job with you guys over 30+ years, from total window replacements for two homes including addition of two special bay window installs, plus siding, gutters, down spouts, soffit, facia, a new roof with ventilation.... and repairs after weather damage from a major storm. I'd give my business to you in a heartbeat for any further work required. Thanks for everything!

Extremely pleased. Work was done in a timely and professional manor. The contractor was very detail oriented. I had a roofing contractor who damaged some of the new siding that was put on and these guys are going to come and fix that contractors mistakes. I would recommend them to anyone who needs house work done. Could not be more pleased with their work.

update! We have a review on here; its a few months post job and one shingle came loose after a storm. We called Mitch on a Friday and the guys were at our house tuesday making the repair. Reliable, strong customer service after purchase. YOU CANNOT beat that in this day and age....

We contracted with Richard Felser company, met with Mitch a couple of times before finally solidifying the contract - pandemic slowed things down a bit but the final product is GORGEOUS. We couldn't be happier. The guys were professional, cleaned up and our 40 year old paint job just got an amazing face lift. We are happy to have a low maintenance product that looks amazing. We've had many compliments on the siding and would highly recommend Richard Felser company to anyone seeking to update their exterior.

Worth the wait!

We have a 1920s three story farmhouse that we are renovating; the inside is beautiful, but the fatigued siding was not doing the house justice. The full re-siding job done by Richard Felser completely transformed the house. The workers were very experienced, flexible, and would asked about details throughout the job to ensure that things were being done the way we pictured. We could not be happier with the result and I am confident that it added more in value than what we invested.

The sales experience was great too. I received quotes from 3 different contractors, all will good Angie's List reviews. Richard Felser was very competitively priced, not quite the cheapest but reasonable, and I felt that they were the most straightforward and had the level of experience I was looking for. For example, a different contractor only pitched me the super premium material, whereas my rep from Richard Felser explained all of the options and key differences. One thing to note is that it took about 2 months for the job to start after I signed off. I was hoping to have it done sooner, but they assigned a specific crew based on the complexity of the project which took longer than initially expected, but that was a trade off I was willing to make based on the results. I am planning to hire these guys again for the roof in a couple of years.
