Very helpful. These people know their stuff. Did not try and sell me things I didn't need. They are one of the few stores in the area that have stock on a lot of parts.

Purchased a Pellet Stove February 2021, since it was getting close to the end of the season for stoves I didn't expect it to be installed right away but to my surprise a week from when I made my purchase they were out to install the stove. The installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the pricing, service, and installation I received. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Bought a wood burning fireplace insert from them over 9 months ago. Every time I went into the store I was greeted, but not hovered over. They staff that I dealt with were competent and knew what they were selling. They were able to help me to figure out what I could and could not use.
The product I bought was quality.
No issues with inspection or installation. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves.
When I called with a question 4 months after purchase I received support.
I would deal with them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
