(June 7, 2019, 12:44 pm)The owner's wife was nice enough to give me a call and she was very kind and considerate about my last review so I would like to update it and let everyone know that though I left upset she called me and I would like to reiterate how I felt about the incident that happened that made me leave and after talking to her I understand how she felt or how he felt as well and I think she got a little idea of how I felt and I just want everyone to know that it actually is a brand new storage facility it is nice and they are really good people I do understand how the man fell I just hope he understands how I feel I know she does so yeah you know give it a shot and you know make sure if you do go there you get a big enough storage unit to do what you need to do because I believe if I would have got a bigger unit there wouldn't have been an issue but the owner's wife is very polite and very kind which gave me reason to edit my review!
