Willows

First time at The Willows our waitress was awesome and the food was good for sure. The new Willows looks amazing. Thanks to the Chef for some complementary desserts to take home.

I wanted the special, but was not allowed to substitute the side, BUMMER. I then went with the Filet, it was great. The soup was good and the portion was a little big, not a bad thing I guess. The steak came with a salad and a side for$32. I didn't think it was a bad price. Finished with the Creme Brulee, great choice. Our server was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was not having the choice of side when I wanted the special.

We had a party of six recently who all very much enjoyed their meals. I had the Chilean sea bass over risotto, and it was outstanding. The waiter was extremely personable and the service was excellent. Some negatives: I agree with other reviews that the menu is limited, particularly the appetizers, not to mention the wine list, and the space is open and austere - designed to host large events as well. The prices are what I would expect, and I will happily pay them as there are very few somewhat fine-dining options in the area.
