“I can't say enough about Brandy at the Monaca, Pa store. She truly is an angel. I had my phone for many years but I was told it would become obsolete soon. I panicked I don't use this phone like normal people. I use it for a few things and don't give it to very many people. Just kinda a backup. I was terrified about making a change as I am really not technologically smart about transferring things and how to do it. When I set up the appt and went it I was astounded. Brandy was kind, considerate and very patient. I had many questions and she answered them all. I have had others condasending in tone. Look I'm old and I needed someone to guide me. Brandy went above and beyond her calling as a representative for Cricket. THESE ARE THE KIND OF EMPLOYEES NEEDED IN THIS WORLD TODAY. Brandy is an asset to your company and to your store in Monaca. Brandy is a keeper and I would not hestitate to recommend anyone to your store and Brandy. SHE IS THE BEST and is extremly knowledgable on the phones she sells which is rare. Sales are important but customer service is number 1 to me. Been there, done that I was a customer service representative for 23 years, I know.Please acknowledge her for who she is and what she does. It's a little tight when it comes to space, but with countless product and wonderful skater music it oddly fits the environmental feel. “I have worked with Justin, Rachel and the only certified HYBRID mechanics for a rare SUV (Aspen-Hybrid) Brian Neff for the past 8 years. These folks are phenomenal. Thank you for the professionalism and courteous service. They go above and beyond, from picking up the Aspen at our home to servicing it quickly, to returning it to us promptly. Brian even gave our family his cell number if our Hybrid ever needs emergency service! Being in the military, I need to know my vehicle is fully functional for my wife while deployed. They have never let me down. We now have 175,000 miles on our SUV and trying to go to 200k. Would not think of servicing it anywhere else. This baby is our work horse pulling a large boat while getting groceries. Gotta treat her right....and the team at Chrysler Beaver does so!”

While there my eye caught something that resembled the Alex and Ani bracelets which I purchased there as well at the time (however they are not Sterling silver). I stumbled upon Stia and had a very hard time picking a new bracelet to add to my collection. But the young lady and I thought the North Star was appropriate.
