When there was some confusion with the order He made it right without question and made it a priority, I only wish more companies had that sense of customer service. The products are fan freakingtastic perfectly slick ,easy to lather and the scents are inventive and great, even have a bar of soap which makes you feel clean and lightly scented unlike mass production soap that feel heavy and fake. “It’s hard to find decent customer service these days and we had to hand it to Dave and to Carla with this specific store. They went above and beyond to make our view of going to this Home Depot a pleasant one. We went during a snow storm looking for a specific vanity that was showing 6 in-stock. After scouring the aisles top to bottom, we couldn’t find the one we were looking for. Dave asked us what we needed help with and point us to Carla, who helped us with a smile. She not only walked us to the aisle we needed but found the pallet in the way back of the store that housed the vanity we were looking for. She stayed with us the entire time to ensure we got the product we wanted. We had 2 guys unload the vanity and put it on our cart. We went to check out and Dave asked us if we got everything we needed. He was happy to hear that Carla was able to help and assisted us with the self check out. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and were so thankful for their help! Outstanding job to Carla and Dave - keep up the great work!! :)”
