(December 27, 2017, 7:01 pm)The astram is both very aesthetically pleasing and familiar as you approach a former elementary school. This quaint charm is inviting and I immediately gave myself a driven tour around the building. There I was dazzled with their garden structures even in the heart of northern winter. I arrived for a massage to relax and restore with a friends compilated styles of massage techniques that gave me a further experience in my massage therapy. I particularly go for massages as a reminder that my body needs care and my mind needs to turn off while a professional takes care of my body. I was glad I knew this professional because my mind and body were taking that time to intertwine else wise. Knowingly body was completely taken care of my mind and spirit danced in joyous wonder. Fore sight, positive narratives and inspiration without a voice carried my consciousness. My experience was entirely of feeling rather then simply knowledge. The experience I had was very welcoming. I can not say entirely it was the professionals style or the demeanor of the ashram itself, but this certainly seems like the right place to have a furthering experience.
