  We had such an incredible experience with ROG!! We came to the Douglassville office for a consult the 1st week that ROG opened because it was very convenient to our home. From Day 1 through our final visit this week, they made us feel like we were a part of their family. My daughter, who was in 1st grade at the time, was involved with the Daniel Boone Middle School "Little Mermaid" show that weekend. The staff asked us to send a picture of her in her costume and then added it to her file and their website, which really made her feel special. We cannot say enough about the wonderful care we received from Dr. Doleva, Dr. Nat, Dr. Wolfe, Dr. Mauro and all of the caring staff there. We worked mostly with Dr. Wolfe but her new little bundle of joy took her away from seeing our daughter's new beautiful smile. However, Dr. Mauro, who was the one who began it all by pulling her final baby tooth out to begin her journey with braces confirmed that she was ready to have the braces removed yesterday so we had come full circle with him! Our Orthodontic Assistant, Carol, was the MOST wonderful person to work with for the removal of our daughter's braces. She has over 36 years of work experience with ROG and was a true delight (along with her daughter's assistance, who now works there, too!). Where do you find that kind of experience today? She made our final experience so much fun and it really was a magical transition when the braces came off and her beautiful new smile was revealed for the first time. They allowed me to have fun with some pictures during the process and then we also had a final photo with Dr. Mauro to capture her special moment. Kuddos to all who made us feel so welcomed and happy with our orthodontic care choice we made in 2013!! Your office is such a great addition for the Douglassville area residents. If you are looking for great orthodontic care, look no further. ROG is definitely your best choice! And they have lots of convenient locations.

  ROG is amazing! The staff is great, everyone is so nice and organized! I've been to both their Pottstown and Douglassville locations and both offices were very nice!! I would highly recommend ROG to everyone!!

  We were absolutely thrilled with our experience today. Everyone that we met was kind, and knowledgeable. Cristina explained everything about the process in detail and gave us all the time we needed to ask questions and made the experience enjoyable. My 12 year old son thinks his new doctor is "so cool" and is actually really excited about his upcoming appointment to get his braces on. It was very nice to leave the office feeling completely confident about the care that we will be receiving.

  My youngest just had his braces put on at ROG, Douglassville office. He is the last of my three children to have braces at ROG. Carol was my son's technician and has worked with my older children as well. She is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient! The staff is always friendly and has made the experience very positive. Just as with my older two children, there is no doubt that my son is in good hands and will have an amazing smile!

  This was my first visit to an orthodontist for myself and it was wonderful. Not only was the office up to date and innovative with technology, the people were absolutely wonderful. It started when i walked in the door with the receptionist who was polite and friendly. Then i went to take photos with another lovely young lady penny who took all of my pics and explained everything to me as she went. The doctor was amazing, very personable and made me comfortable as he educated me on what i would need. Then there is Cristina who took me through the process and paperwork and sealed the deal. i can not say enough about this office. i am glad that they are doing my braces. At 42 years of age, it's different. I am a customer for the long haul and if i know anyone needing orthodontist services, this office will get the referral.
