    We had an amazingly delicious meal. We were with someone precious whom we hadn't seen for way too long. We closed the place and no one on the staff complained or hovered... Great time, great food, great staff!

    Love, LOVE this place. Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Been here literally 50 plus times and have never had a bad meal or service. Over the past 5 years, this has become our (my mother's and mine) Thanksgiving choice without any regrets. Bar is quaint with seating for about 18. Small tables in the bar area, and three larger dining areas.

    The yellow house is a very pleasant place to have lunch or dinner. They have a very good Sunday brunch and the best snapper soup anywhere. They have a very attractive happy hour with half priced appetizers soups and small entrees.

    Service was great and so was the food, although the prices didn't seem to match the portions. I've paid far less for more that tasted just as good. My guess is you are paying for the history and the atmosphere?
