  We bought a Ford Focus from Alex Hofstra and were extremely pleased with his customer service and knowledge. He kept us in the loop and explained the process as we went through it! Definitely 5 stars!

  The used truck I was interested in was detailed and waiting near the front of the dealership when I arrived. In addition, the Jeep I drove to the dealership (not for trade-in) started making a noise on the way there and they assessed it at no charge while I was at the dealership.
  
  The sales person, Andrew, was ready to meet me and was very professional and informative. He seemed honest and open, sharing the Carfax, details on repairs that had been completed at the dealership, and even mentioning that the vehicle had to be jumped after sitting for about a week. He was willing to work with me, at least to some degree, on price or changes (new batteries or block heater, repairing ding) that would otherwise require additional investments on my part. Frustratingly, when he “took it to his manager” there was little to no flexibility. Rather than negotiate in any meaningful way on the vehicle, the manager tried to sell me another vehicle that he thought “would be better for me”. I found this frustrating and off-putting. Though I had driven over an hour to get there, I went home without a truck. I later negotiated an acceptable deal over the phone with the original sales person on the used vehicle that I was originally interested in buying. That same salesman delivered the truck to a dealership near my home and was gracious and helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied and love the truck.

  I had a wonderful experience buy a car here. I purchased a new Ford Focus st from Alex Hofstra who was a big help. I got a great trade value and there was no hassle. Alex was also very helpful with getting everything I needed for financing, with great options. Looking forward to going back for future purchases

  I had a wonderful sales experience. After my 8 year old car's engine died the day before my wedding, I was concerned with how I'd get another reliable car, and the used back up vehicle I had just needed too much money to keep it safe and reliable. We knew Rob from work friends, so we made the 1 1/2 hour drive (when there are at least 5 closer Ford Dealers) to see the inventory and see if we'd even qualify for financing. Rob was super busy so he referred us to Aaron to handle our inquiries. Aaron was honest, professional and fun to deal with. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. We were there discussing various options for 3 hours. We had chosen to buy a service loaner that was currently being used by a customer. Aaron offered to deliver the vehicle to our home once it was back at the dealer and properly serviced and detailed. The paperwork was a breeze and they stayed true to the agreed upon pricing and payment details. We will definitely refer people we know here for purchasing a Ford! Luckily, they have a location closer to us which we will use for service. Their perks program is good at all of their dealerships. Fred Beans for the win!
