After living in West Lawn for 5 years and driving by Gallen Insurance on a daily basis, I wish I would have gotten in touch with Dan McDevitt sooner to help me switch over my auto and homeowner’s insurance. Dan personally reviewed my old policies, and he knew immediately he could get the rates lower. He got me in touch with Amber and Ben who both were quick in their responses and very informative. I felt great walking out of Gallen Insurance that I finally had a good understanding of what is truly covered under both policies. Thank you Dan, Amber and Ben!

(November 16, 2018, 11:48 am)Dan McDevitt, Amber and Chantelle were instrumental in helping me switch from Geico to Progressive. Because of an accident that happened a year ago, my Geico rate skyrocketed to what one could consider a rent payment! Not only did Dan lower my monthly rate, but also provided substantially better liability coverage with Progressive. My monthly payment was brought down from $356 a month to $272. That's a savings of over $1000 a year! These guys were courteous and professional, the whole thing was absolutely seamless. Highly recommended!

(November 3, 2018, 8:56 am)i have been with Gallen Insurance for the past year and a half and can’t say enough about the level of customer service I have received. During this time I have purchased a new vehicle and was in an accident. Throughout both stressful situations my insurance agent, Dan McDevitt, answered my calls immediately (both of which were on weekends) and worked tirelessly to ensure I had a stress free experience. Having worked with the Allstate’s, Nationwides, and Geikos of the world previously - I was shocked at the quality of customer service I was given - I did not think Insurance Providers could be so responsive and helpful until I met Dan! Not to mention, I saved hundreds of dollars on my auto insurance. Needless to say, the 5 stars are well deserved.

(September 30, 2018, 10:15 am)Dan & Marissa took great care of me at Gallen when I switched my Auto and Home insurance policies. They were both extremely responsive and courteous throughout the entire process. I plan to stay with Gallen and will continue to recommend them to anyone.
