(January 27, 2016, 3:54 pm)I had thoroclean out to clean and microban my carpets and they turned out better then expected. I had them cleaned in the the past without microban and they got stiff and musky and smelled like a wet dog. This time we had them microbaned and that completely took care of the doggie odor and our carpets didn't get stiff.The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and will definitely use them again.

(May 5, 2014, 5:35 pm)Thoroclean was recommended by my carpet dealer. They have done an excellent job on cleaning my carpets and tile floors. Their staff go out of their way make sure you have no surprises. Unlike some other cleaners that charge extra to show up, extra if it is dirty... The only services Thoroclean offers over cleaning is Scotchgard, Microban.
The techs took their time, to make sure what my concerns were addressed. One thing I really like, they show the product information page from Scotchgard and the Microban companies. Which have Scotchgard and Microban phone numbers, website and email address. My daughter has allergies, and I was able to check with the manufacture and my doctor it was OK to use, which they actually recommended it. I felt bad making the crew wait while I checked, but they were happy to do so. The work turned out excellent, and I will gladly use them again.
