My divorce was handled very professionally and efficiently with the best possible outcome for me. Any questions I had were answered promptly and Mr. Sher's staff was very responsive as well, especially Chantel. After the divorce, Mr. Sher handled all my other legal items: Will, Living Will & POA. I can't say enough about this practice. During a difficult time it was nice to know I could depend on Sher & Associates. Thanks to all!

(January 11, 2018, 3:05 pm)I was a board member on a non profit youth sports association. We engaged Sher & Associates to educate us on where we stood as far as liability and tax exempt status. We weren't tax exempt like we thought we were and our board members were not shielded from personal liability! Jim did an excellent job of setting up our tax exempt status and helping us to restructure our by-laws, at an affordable rate. Since this interaction, I have referred Jim to many personal friends and business associates, all of whom have commented on his excellent detail and skills. I've dealt with many attorneys, but Sher & Associates is the only law firm that I have referred to others.

They provided us with everything we needed to know about preparing our Wills as well as answered any questions we had. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of legal advice!
