  My wife and I worked with Michael for several years and he's not only a great trainer, but a genuinely great person. We were in the best shape of our lives while training with him. He will help you get results using positive reinforcement, and push you to your limits without being overbearing. We hope to begin training with him in the near future.

  I knew Mike a couple of years before I started with him. I saw him working with people at the local “y”. After seeing him interact with those people I actually recommend him to others at that point. I’ve had on going back issues for many years and after talking to him I made the decision to have him help me out. Mike worked me through various workouts and stretches to help strengthen my entire body which helped ease my back pain. He has a calm way with his approach and I believe anyone can benefit from his guidance no matter your fitness level.

  I have been training with Mike for about a year and a half. He is caring, personable, knowledgeable and keeps me motivated to live a healthier life. I am 73 and work with Mike 3x a week. He devotes time and attention to my flexibility, my strength and cardiac endurance. We have a great time and share enjoyable conversation during every session. Mike is definitely the go-to guy for putting you on the right fitness track!

  Michael has helped me achieve long lasting results. He taught me the importance of nutrition and meal prep for the busy work week. Mike also tailored workouts specific to my body weight goals. His positive attitude always kept me motivated!!
