We have been extremely pleased with the workouts that Robert put together for my teens and they have really had to work hard but have nothing but positive things to say about Robert and the staff!

(June 29, 2018, 1:10 pm)I was referred to MMG cross fit's class by a friend, and I must say I am so glad that I gave it a shot! I currently have a gym membership and I am considering cancelling and dedicating my workout time to strictly cross fit because having a professional trainer guide and challenge me makes me feel so accomplished at the end of my workout. This class helps you work out your entire body and is so judgement free! Definitely recommend

(June 27, 2018, 7:49 pm)It’s definitely challenging and an experience I’ve never encountered but I must say it’s great. As much as I am in pain and completely sore I keep pushing myself to do better to live a better lifestyle. I would of never considered doing any of this but I gave it a shot and honestly I wouldn’t change my decision and I want to thrive to go harder. I’m asthmatic and it’s hard for me I lose my breath quickly but that doesn’t stop me from continuing to do what I came there to do. Robert is understanding and overall awesome he makes me feel like I can accomplish anything. He works with me, guides me and doesn’t judge what I can or cannot do and for that I am grateful. This is experience is only the beginning to bigger and better things!! I’m ready to give it my all !!!

The atmosphere is friendly, the workouts are fun yet challenging and the coaches are awesome.
Best thing about the gym is Robert, the owner. He is a friendly guy driven by a genuine cause to serve those who have served us. 10/10 all around.
