(March 26, 2017, 9:49 pm)Being new to the area, haven't established doctors and dentists yet. Fractured a tooth last weekend and on Monday morning started calling local dentists. Contacted Dr. Kiefer's office. Spoke with Janet who listened to my problem. She said she would speak to Dr. Kiefer about an emergency appt and would call me back. Well, I thought that was the end of that. She called me back about 10 minutes later to say I could be seen that morning! I explained I didn't have dental insurance and would be paying by other means. She didn't even hesitate and said no problem. Dr. Kiefer was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He also asked me numerous times if I was okay. Wow, he really cares. I have dental anxiety (who doesn't) and the experience was comfortable and relatively pain free. What a great experience. Highly recommend.
