(December 22, 2018, 5:19 pm)We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Employees were helpful and courteous. Check out was satisfactory considering the time of season it is which is Christmas. Upon exiting the store, employee told us to have a nice evening and wished us a Merry Christmas. Very thoughtful and very kind.

If there are two people standing at the podium why can't one of those people open the register? That would be good customer service. I wish Sam's Club would stop taking advice from Walmart. Walmart does not know how to open registers. They can have 50 registers and only 3 are open. Totally ridiculous. That's my only complaint about my Sam's Club.
