He was so friendly and nice to talk with and answered all of our questions. This is our first trailer purchase and he let us know everything we would need in order to tow it. He really worked with our schedules and we EXTREMELY appreciate that he told us about all details and possible issues that may have changed our minds before we started our 6 hour drive over. The trailer is great and we are very excited to now own it!
