  The best team of trainer-owners I've met. Friendly, familiar, and results driven. I suppose you could come here and sustain some anonymity, but with such gorgeous people at Steven and Sam, why would you want to? Parking and access is easy and equipment availability has always be great when I have been in the mornings. Pricing is more than reasonable for what you get.

  Very clean and professional gym. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. There are free weights, machines, cardio equipment, classes, etc. anything you could want in a gym.

  Absolute best place in berks to workout. Extremely professional staff, amazing facility, very very clean. Feels like home every time I walk through the door. Wouldn’t excercise anywhere else. I love this place

  I love this place great staff and the owners Love how they all make you feel like they known you for ever and the gym is judgement free and it feels homey
