  Aaron's Acres has had an ongoing relationship with Maxim Healthcare Services in Reading for over 10 years. Their commitment to giving back to the community has always been very strong and we have been most grateful for their support. We have also benefited from their nursing staff whom we have hired in the past for our summer program.

  Maxim is a good company to work for. I have worked for Maxim for 7 years. They have been really good to me. They helped me if I needed to have my schedule changed. They work together as a family. They are very caring. They are always very helpful when you call in for something. I have receive a couple of gift cards for Aide of the Month., I also have received an Award for Aide of the Year.

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. Ive been a nurse here going on 4 years and I don’t ever intend on switching. They treat there nurses with respect and they listen to what you have to say valuing your opinion to not only help better yourself but to better the company. When you wake up every morning wanting to go to work you know you found a job to call home. Definitely worth checking out if your looking for a job as a nurse!

  Best Home Healthcare company in Berks County and trust me I've had to deal with a lot of them. They offer skilled nursing, companion care, and facility staffing. They hire the highest quality caregivers and the office is one big family! Maxim Healthcare gets 5 stars in my book.
