I’ve been seeing Kristen Shimp, CRNP for years on a regular basis for ear wax cleaning. I began seeing her after my previous place doubled their price. When I asked them why, they said because insurance now allows it.
During my last cleaning, I wanted to talk to her about a sinus issue that showed up on an MRI I had done for a different reason. I expected to chat about it some and make a separate appointment for this problem. Instead, she pulled my MRI up right then and came up with a plan of action. I was not expecting this, but I really appreciated her going above and beyond my expectations.
Without a doubt, the best nasal and sinus care in Berks County. Dr. Kimmel has provided over 30 years of exceptional ENT care for myself and my daughter. He is truly the best!
