  We purchased a fusion. Our salesman was Zack. He was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He showed us several different campers and answered all of our questions. During our wait to have our 5th wheel hitch installed. He said lunch was on him. So we went upstairs and had lunch. Not only was the food terrific, but the gentleman that makes the food was very nice!! He made sure we had everything we needed. Sorry I forget your name.

  We bought a truck a few weeks ago from Dave, the Sales Manager. It was a trade in. Dave gave us a fair price on it, and was great to work with. Additionally, we realized on the way home with the truck that all the speakers did not work... Dave had me bring the truck back in, confirmed all 4 speakers were blown out (what are the odds!) - and ordered me new (non factory!) ones, then and there. He scheduled me within a week and a half (this also fell over Christmas holiday) and had the speakers all installed free of charge just today. Great customer service. I see some poor reviews in the area of customer service, but we had great service here. Dave is somewhat new there, so perhaps the service level is changing. Would definitely give them a shot... and we will be back when we are ready for a camper!
