  All of the doctors and office staff are extremely respectful and helpful at this facility! There were several instances where I had run out of medication and needed a refill but could not afford to make an appointment as I was paying out of pocket without insurance. Not only did they understand and still send my prescription in for a refill, but they also went out of their way to accommodate their schedule for me so that my insurance coverage would cover my followup appointment in time. I am very, very pleased with the customer service received from this office and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reputable family doctor.

  Best Dr. around. Dr. Baney is wonderful. Ive been seeing him since he started his career and I have trusted him with all 4 of my children since birth. He recently moved his office out of my town and I follwed him even though its a bit out of my way. His staff is great also. The workers out front are fun to talk with and helpful! Thanks Northern Berks!
