  Ok so I usually dont do these reviews but I want people to know how the experience was. On Thursday March 14, my girlfriend and I went to Mattress Firm (Hamburg, Pa) to shop. As we walked in we were greeted instantly by Kevin. He askes the basic question of what we were looking for and price range. After me trying to throw an ice breaker question, to try and maybe embarrass him a bit, he said that he had a couple mattresses in mind, which threw me off. Well that impressed me a lot. So he walked us threw the store and showed us different models for us to choose from what were in our criteria. Kevin was very knowledgeable in selections and even made sure that my body was inlined to hopefully not make my back hurt. After we decided on a mattress, he did everything in his power to get us the absolute best price. Our experience was better than going to a car lot. No pressure and no forcing us to buy something that we didnt want or couldn't afford. Will go back again. Way to go Kevin!
  
  Only thing wrong was in the delivery. The phone call we received told us that they would be here in 15 minutes and an hour later they showed up. The delivery guys were professional and courteous. Making sure they took pics of stuff they needed to while they made the delivery.

  Susan Knappenberger was awesome...she didn’t care how long it took us to decide and was more than accommodating to help us find the right mattress!

  Store manager Sue was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly patient with my wife n I. As we must have tried half the mattresses in the store. She went above and beyond, and landed us a super on a mattress n lift foundation. Everyone of your stores would be blessed to have her.

  My wife and I purchased our bed from here a few months ago. We love it. We were given a complimentary Tulo (Medium) Pillow as a consolation for our bed delivery date being mixed up. (Normal cost $89.99).Absolutely fabulous pillow. We went back today and purchased a second one. Now We are sharing our positive experience with an appropriate rating. Thank you Sue! ????????
