  I revised my review from one star to four. I had sent a bouquet that was underwhelming and not the size ordered ( it was a loose flower arrangement). I spoke with Amy who was efficient at taking the order. After I posted my review stating my disappointment and a photo of the bouquet received, Emily in marketing reached out to me, agreed that a mistake had been made and that they would send a 2nd bouquet to make things right, which they did. Mistakes happen and thank-you for being a company that cares about fulfilling promises made.

  I dealt with Amy when ordering my wedding bouquet. She was awesome and super open to my ideas that I had. She was super cool to work with and I def recommend her! My bouquet turned out even better than I expected!!

  I absolutely love Royers in Wernersville! I went in today with my two boys, one of whom was sleeping. Amy was so helpful. She got my flowers for me because my hands were full, she gave my boys each a beautiful peach rose, and even wrapped them with a blue ribbon per my son's request. She did not have to do any of those things, but went out of her way to make our visit special. It is this hometown customer service that makes me a repeat customer at Royers.
