(August 2, 2018, 3:20 pm)Took a "box store" bike in for info on repairs. They looked it over on the spot and gave me a starting price on the repairs. Bike wasn't worth them fixing and showed me a few used bikes they had. No pressures and never belittled me for not having an expensive top of the crop bike. Customer service was excellent.

The staff are highly knowledgeable and it is clear that their goal is to educate the customers and find out their recreational needs, and not to just sell products or service. I have learned a great deal about cycling, kayaking, and archery from the staff here, and they have ignited my passion for these outdoor activities.
Bike service is performed expertly, and the staff goes out of their way to offer economical options.
The business is family friendly, as they have helped not only my wife and I, but also my 5 children. They even fitted my one year old with a bicycle helmet.
I highly recommend this store for anyone who wants to expand their enjoyment of cycling, kayaking, and archery!
