(June 9, 2018, 1:05 pm)For the past 5+ years the closest my psychological team has come to calling me stable is “stable in instability.” Dr. Arena has worked with me years ago and I refused his offers to hypnotize me based on TV and movies false portrayal of being hypnotized. I left my therapist on a Monday in crises and my psychiatrist refuses to help. Dr. Arena actually cares and asked me to come and see him. I walked out of his office with a clearer head than I have had in 10 years, I was calmed and far less depressed than I can remember, I feel foolish for not seeing him much earlier.
