    Laura is an excellent Pilates teacher! I was a little nervous to try it out since it was my first time, but she made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I am excited to continue my Pilates journey at The Pilates Swan and I can't wait for my next session! I would highly recommend anyone that is interested in Pilates to contact her

    Laura is a wealth of Pilates knowledge!! She is very professional and classical, while still creating space to have a great time and make the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommend Pilates Swan for an excellent Pilates experience of all levels!

    I am so glad I found Laura and the Pilates Swan. I was very skeptical when someone told me Pilates would improve my golf game however, the advice came from a golf journal. So I started looking around for Pilates professionals in my area and found the Pilates swan. After only 3 sessions I found my balance had improved, my swing was more consistent and I even found that I had more energy! I am so grateful for the professionalism and advice of Laura and look forward to being a long time client. If you are a long time Pilates participant or trying for the first time, this is the place to go!

    I can’t say enough positive things about the Pilates Swan! Laura has helped me develop a new relationship with my body and the way I interact with the space around me. She is so focused and accommodating. From my first session she made me feel comfortable and excited about my Pilates journey. She offers just the right level of challenge and support. Having worked with the Pilates Swan for about a year, I love the growth I have seen and would recommend Laura’s approach to anyone who wants to heal pain they may be experiencing from past injuries, improve their form and musculoskeletal function, and/ or just grow as a person. ????
