I really enjoyed working with John for a firm mattress because of my back.But I'm only have this firm mattress less than a year and it is making a creaking sound all along it was the box spring he went out of his way to help us with the problem.He not only replaced the bad one but replaced both of them .There should be more businesses like this who stand behind there business. I would send other people to him any day.God Bless him and I pray he will always help his fellow man. Thank You
