“Great place to live. Just far enough from the city to hear the birds sing but not too far away to go grocery shopping, car wash , etc. Loved my time living there. Staff was always available and helpful with any questions that came up . IF there was ever was a need for a work order on the apartment; the turnaround time was fast. Plenty of space to walk / run around the property . Pool area is big enough and even has servers for food & drinks ! When looking at all the factors : cost, location, amenities, and service.... Flying Hills is hard to top.”

“My husband and I rented from Binkley Jr for almost 4 years. We got screwed over by the people who owned the home, NOT Binkley. We would call in our concerns or if something was wrong and they would never call Binkley back or try to resolve any of the issues. They consistently sent us the w/s/t bill MONTHS late and we had to pay late fees on top of it all. Binkley himself tried to help as much as possible. In my experience, if you pay on time and are respectful, you will get that in return. The fee for background checks is to ween out the people who aren't seriously considering buying/renting. It is a steep price when you're just looking and are unsure of whether or not you will be using their services. I do also agree that a warm, welcoming, knowledgeable receptionist would have been nice. I feel as though he was just having a hard time finding the right fit for his style. We would have rented from him again if there had been anything in our price range. I would recommend Binkley Jr. to others.”

“David did a fantastic job on the house we are going to buy. He identified a major electronic issue that the pre-inspector totally missed. Based his thorough and comprehensive report, we are able to let the seller to do the repair (which costs $20k +++). This is not the first time I use David. Every time, he exceeded my expectation. BTW, David did not give the cost estimate on repairs. I found it makes more sense to get quotes from contractors or anyone that is going to do the work.”

“We were absolutely thrilled with the service Kathy provided. We had worked with a few agents prior and could not find anyone that met the personality traits, enthusiasm and level of detail that we were looking for until meeting Kathy. We met her at one of her open houses and were immediately taken back by the level of detail she went into on the open house. She followed up later with an email answering some questions about utility costs of that house and this stuck with me. We setup an initial meeting at our house to talk and she came very prepared with comps and tons of data which none of the prior agents did. We were not ready to list our house right away and she understood and did not pressure us at all! Prior agents made it very immediately known they were not interested in showing us houses without being under contract to sell our house right away. Once our house was listed, she followed through on everything wonderfully and helped keep the stress levels down and gave us great advise on all aspects of the transition and seemed very versed in ALL of the areas of the process. She was very understanding of all our questions and always prompt follow up. I initially had a hard time swallowing the commission charges when seen on paper (although standard, a shell shock), but she earned every bit of that money and made it a very pleasurable experience for my family!”
