“Well we are in our home 2 weeks now and are very happy with it. Yes there are some minor issues with the house that will be taken care of by the manufacturer. No home is built perfect since it is built by people. My experience with Steve was much different than the other one that reviewed. Steve worked very hard for us. The things that Steve had control of he kept on schedule. Any problems that I had with any of his sub-contractors Steve was on it right away. Even to this day Steve is working to have issues resolved that were not done to my expectations, and I would expect he will continue to do this until the manufacturer fixes the issues on the list we are putting together. Steve worked with us and kept us informed on every aspect of the project. He didn't complain when things didn't turn out as he expected and it ended up costing him money. He saw things that we didn't when picking out house options, so he added things at his expense because he knew we would like it, and we do! Over all our experience with Steve at Discovery Homes was very positive, and I would highly recommend him for your manufactured or modular home project!!”
