“We waited for over 40 minutes to see the vet. No one let us know what was going on, we were just kept in the room while our dog paced the whole time. Dr. Watson was nice and took her time, I just feel it was already a stressful situation for both pet and parent alike and that should've be taken into consideration. My other experience there with Dr. Frazier was much much better.”

“Even though I’m 39 years old, I feel that this is my FIRST insurance agency because of everything that I’m learning! I’d had Nationwide and Allstate previously but Ayres cut my payments in half with better coverage! What’s even better is that amount is going to be even LOWER when I add renters insurance (something that I definitely would have had YEARS ago if I had known it was an option)! I had stopped by the office with a few questions, yesterday, and was helped by Maggie. She explained the coverage to me in a way that related to my own life.
