    Great park to relax or venture through the trails. Dog and kid friendly. Handicap accessible. Public restroom. There's a nice playground for young and older kids. In the summer there's a pool with slides and a splash area with fountains. There's a nice view of Center City Philadelphia from one area of the park.

    This is a nice park, with plenty of offerings. There are picnic tables and pavilions, a pool, a playground, trails, a creek, and a river. And quite a few security or ranger vehicles patrolling the park.

    I just wish there weren't so many people there at the same time. It was a bit overwhelming. Gotta go in the winter, I guess.

    Grass really needs to be maintained better it was too high to walk good and boy was there ALOT of poop everywhere... honestly though I like it better than most state parks... the pool was nice and clean... well worth it. Will be there again!

    For a state park so close to huge urban population, it is a beautiful retreat. Tall oaks and walnut trees in its woods, a great path for biking and jogging through them that would make you forget you are close to the city. The pathway opens up to a view of downtown Philadelphia along the Delaware river. The park has grills, bathrooms and water fountains, a huge pool and is leashed pet friendly.
