I had never had acupuncture before so I was very nervous but when I entered Dr Nanette Lara's office she was very professional and kind and helped me to feel calm. My first session was absolutely amazing! I felt the awesome energy going thru my body, all the pain I was experiencing was somehow all gone. I have had more than one session now and I just keep feeling better. Im sleeping great, my mood is better and I can tell my circulation is healthier than it has been in years. I have been getting acupuncture for six years now. Nanette is very very good and she listens to me and knows exactly how to treat my pain. Very relaxing music. The best part about it all is that I can still work. My pain is very severe and this helps me so much. I do not take any pain medication and acupuncture gave me hope. Words can’t even explain how much better I feel . Acupuncture works for me. l love the way I feel afterwards. Anyone that gets migraines- you know how much pain that is. Multiply that by five and that might be close to what I go through every day. Acupuncture really helps me. Like I said, no words can explain how it works for me.
Annette is great in what she does and that’s getting me out of pain. Having 8 levels fused in lower back she helps me so much on my chronic pain. Go find out for yourselves!!
I was referred to Dr. Lara to help me deal with the negative physical side effects of chemotherapy as well as the fear and anxiety associated with a cancer diagnosis. Her practice accepted my insurance and she goes out of her way to work with my schedule, which I appreciate.
